Re: Jon's big reveal

Maybe it will be known to some but, like the fact Jon was raised from the dead, it will be somewhat secret, and if Jon is not pursuing it (which I don't think he would) and he supports Dany, then others (those who know) will leave it alone. If Jon keeps it more-or-less secret so that it really does...

Re: Jon's big reveal

He won't like it. He's going to have a massive identity crisis. He's proud that he's Ned Stark's son. Not only will he freak out that he's in love with his aunt, but will also feel guilt that he's entitled to something she's worked so hard to achieve. I think he'll most likely keep the news to hims...

I looked too but you've done a great job of making out the words you have. I cannot add anything more.

Re: Jon's big reveal

I'm so glad you asked this question, I was thinking about this today. OK, here goes. They arrive at WF and there is a lot of commotion in general but specifically because Arya and Bran have not seen Jon yet and they will both want to see him. But Bran will say "Jon I have to speak with you." Jon wil...

Re: Cleganebowl theory

I don't think we'll see a real Cleganebowl. My guess (based on nothing at all) is that the two of them will wind up fighting back to back, while being overwhelmed by wights. I like this, because there is only one war or fight right now in the show and it is against the dead. Everything else is unim...

Re: S7 finale deleted scene

Well, well, well. As another reviewer (I think it was Ozzy Man) pointed out, this season increased the importance of "off screen" scenes. Based on what Issac is saying in this and other interviews (or summaries of the same interview) the "I need your help" scene must have happened after the scene wi...

Re: What does an Ice Dragon breathe?

Fondly remembering the breath of our carnivorous dogs in my childhood and trying to imagine how bad a dead, carnivorous, reptile's breath might be, how about an alternate theory: Dead Viserion breathes the world's foulest breath on the opposing soldiery. Half immediately drop to the ground with tea...

Re: What does an Ice Dragon breathe?

Since normal dragon breath is hot enough to melt stone (Harrenhall), it wouldn't surprise me if ice dragon breath was cold enough to freeze things solid - like a blast of liquid nitrogen. And maybe then they shatter into tiny pieces, leaving the equivalent of ash .... ? Oh yes...like ash. Or snowfl...

Re: How would you have improved the Dorne story line in both show and books?

I have not read the books so this is show only. I felt that Ellaria's blinding desire for revenge made Dorne a "one note" sub-plot. Doran said, and apparently Ellaria and the Sand Snakes eventually accepted this fact (based on what SS said on Yara's ship), that Oberin's death was the result of his o...

Re: What does an Ice Dragon breathe?

I wondered the same thing in a thread and the reply I received was ice. However, I like your idea of a cold blast of air that freezes things, or at least turns them cold enough to be ineffective. For example, a group of humans get so cold they shiver uncontrollably and are rendered useless. Or just ...
