My diagnosis is haemorrhoids. This is a common cause of a sore arse.

Confining the dragons to dungeons was a needlessly cruel act. I can't see why she couldn't have had an open-air dragon pit constructed, like her ancestors had in Kings Landing.

If Sansa was more like Myranda (psychopathic and apparently excited by danger), she might have been able to play that game, convince Ramsay to kill Roose, and then rule the north with Ramsay, but Sansa isn't like Myranda, so I don't think any amount of experience would have prepared her to play tha...
