My first response was, this didn't happen in the books!! But with time it did make since for the TV Series. Just one opinion!

Didn't it happen in a similar fashion to a character in the books that they merged with Sansa for the show?

I'm on Season 5 of my 3rd watchthrough. It's amazing how much more emotional some of the scenes are when watched again because you know how things will end up (Robb saying goodbye to Bran, Sansa wanting to be queen, so on.)

Would be cool if they made a spinoff solely about places we've never seen, both in show and books. The books barely mention Sothoryos, so I doubt it will appear on the show, some fans speculate there are actual dinosaurs in that continent. Which yeah, dragons are cool and all, but dinosaurs, dude. ...

1. Dany ruling Elizabeth I style in KL, expands role of common folk (House of Commons like thing), naming an heir of her choice or transitions to abolish monarchy after death. Jon and Starks Living together as a team in WF. Jorah LC of NW (if still necessary). Tyrion gets CR and dies age of 80 etc....
