I've reread the leaks. Reanimating Viserion is at the end of episode 6. Attacking the wall is at the end of episode 7.

How would he attack The Wall with Viserion? Wouldn't Viserion be an ice dragon and breathe Ice instead of fire? How is ice going to take down The Wall?

Episode 6: "During this battle NK throws an ice spear at Viserion, bringing him down at the lake. The last scene us the wights dragging the dead dragon from the lake and NK reanimating him."
Episode 7: "At the end of the season, we'll see NK riding Viserion, and shooting blue flame at the Wall, which crumbles at that point."
Jack, I can't answer the rest of your questions since I haven't seen the epsiodes yet. We will just have to wait and see.

To build on this - I've seen the episode. The last scene is just Viserion being touched by the NK and opening his eye which is now bright blue.
