Youtube favorite Grey Area scouted an obscure article in Balkan Insight reporting that Jaqen H'ghar (Tom Wlaschiha) would appear in S7:

This didn't happen (or did it? LOL), and he wasn't mentioned in the leaks. Will he turn up in S8?

No, don't worry you didn't miss him in S7 unless the comment is to be interpreted as S7 being technically in two parts like Breaking Bad.

He's mentioned in the S8 plot leaks which have been widely discredited, so who knows. He apparently appears in the middle of a battle to tell Arya the God of Death has a new name on the list and it is Cersei.

An interesting theory that Jaqen H'ghar DID return in S7 as Tycho Nestoris—it is known that he will also be in S8:
