Most of the Characters that are still alive in Season 7 have something special that could make them useful in the "great night". Either special skills, or a character arc that simply makes them interesting, like if the "gods" had spared their life.

But does Pod have anything that could make him special ? Agreed, he has his "special trick" that is useful to bring some "heat" in special cases, but certainly not with the Night King or his army. I hope.

So did you notice any possible foreshadowing or any special event in Pod's story that could lead him to having a special role ?

If there's nothing, I'm worried about him...

Pod, if you remember from first year, is a son of King Robert, though a bastard. We are waiting for the reveal of the one "special" person that the books speak of. I say that is Pod, and he will be able to do more than create a little heat when it's time.

Or was Gendry Roberts son? Shit.
