Something that bothers me about the masters attacking

In 608 they are attacking at night and Dany returns and then 609 opens in Meereen and it's daylight and Dany is talking with Tyrion and the masters are still firing cannons at the pyramid. Is this a continuity error? The masters fired cannons all night at the pyramid and Dany waited until the morning to talk to Tyrion about it?
