Having read some of the recent threads on the main site I see someone had already mentioned the Roose actor being cast in Wheel of Time. I don't have Netflix but I see that Jodhi May (Maggy the Frog) features in the forthcoming The Witcher trailer. I started listening to an audio version of the Witcher but have only gone as far as the Stryga story.

I've read that good Queen Margery (Natalie Dormer) is reported as being cast in another incarnation of Penny Dreadful only it takes place in the USA. I had forgotten how much I hated Penny Dreadful - what little I could sit through but then it's pretty easy not to watch something.

A younger Tara Fitzgerald (Selyse) in Frenchman's Creek https://youtu.be/1p10ME349Wk She has been in many films/shows; here is the trailer to Waking the Dead https://youtu.be/0za1ER3JBns - a British cold case drama from a few years ago.
——————-

Tara Fitzgerald’s very first film was “Hear My Song” (1991), which happens to be my #2 favorite
movie of all time.

For whatever reason, “Hear My Song” is never on cable, is difficult to find on streaming services, and only has a handful of clips on YouTube.

The link below is to the trailer to “Hear My Song.”

Tara Fitzgerald appears at 0:17-0:22 and 1:26-1:28.

She was also in a movie called “Brassed Off” which is on my “To Watch” list. I’ve never seen it but I have heard it’s really good.

Ten Bears! Welcome!

'Brassed Off' also stars the late Pete Postlethwaite, whose son Billy appeared as one of the Lannister soldiers with Arya in the infamous Ed Sheeran scene.

Natalie Dormer was excellent as Irene Adler to Jonny Lee Miller’s Sherlock Holmes in CBS’s “Elementary.”

Here’s a clip from Elementary S1: Sherlock Holmes meets Irene Adler. Lots of witty, flirtatious
banter.

Hi Ten Bears and Grandmaester - I had looked at this thread intermittently and very little had happened since my last posting and then I don't look at it for a few days and there are fresh comments.

Grandmaester, I must apologise because I thought because of your online name you were a chap so begging yer pardon m'lady. I haven't any spottings of random GoT actors to report today - I'm just acknowledging your comments.

In Endeavour, the prequel to Inspector Morse Roger Allam (Illyrio in season 1 GoT) plays a recurring character (though the clip linked is from a trailer/teaser rather than an episode). https://youtu.be/2rwlG-myLRs Anton Lesser (Qyburn) has also appeared in Endeavour. https://youtu.be/fu7N7--TNqs

Anton is a regular character in Endeavour: he's their senior officer. I think he's been in every episode.

Have I mentioned His Dark Materials? Spotted so far:
James Cosmo (Jeor Mormont)
Lucian Msamati (Salladhor Saan)
Ian Gelder (Kevan Lannister)

No clip, but young Cersei aka Nell Williams played Glenda Jackson's character's granddaughter in Elizabeth is Missing a recent drama about dementia.

On British TV there will be a drama called "Responsible Child" aired on 16th Dec '19. Michelle Fairley (Lady Caitlyn) is in it and from the 'stills' looks as though she is playing a lawyer.
