What are the forum policies regarding self promo?

IE if someone makes a meta theory video about GoT or ASOIAF, is it okay to post it on the forums?
I'd venture to guess fanart or musical covers are fine but it'd be nice to get a confirmation, too

As long as its relevant to the forums and topics, there's no problem with people sharing something they've created.

If someone is only posting their videos and nothing but that like every day, well that's pretty much spam and I'd take issue with that. But that sort of thing is rare, and sharing your fandom creations in general is totally fine.
